By using any TerraGotta product (including AI bots, software, interactive tools, and digital services), you agree that:

You are at least 13 years old (or meet the age requirement in your country).

You will not use TerraGotta products for unlawful, unethical, or exploitative activities.

You have read and agree to comply with these Terms, including any future updates.

Description of Services

TerraGotta develops and provides AI-powered tools, software, and digital experiences. These include:

  • AI-powered Discord bots (e.g., Aurora).

  • AI-generated content, responses, and interactions.

  • Potential software, web-based tools, or interactive experiences.

TerraGotta reserves the right to update, modify, discontinue, or restrict access to any of its products at any time.

User Conduct & Restrictions

When using TerraGotta products, you agree NOT to:

  • Exploit, abuse, or manipulate AI-driven responses.

  • Violate any applicable laws, Discord policies, or platform rules.

  • Use AI content for deceptive, harmful, offensive, or illegal purposes.

  • Attempt to modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute TerraGotta products.

  • Engage in harassment, threats, hate speech, or unethical use of AI responses.

Any violation of these rules may result in termination of access to TerraGotta products.

AI Disclaimers & Limitations

TerraGotta products use AI-driven responses. By using them, you acknowledge that:

  • AI responses are generated autonomously and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or contextual.

  • TerraGotta is NOT liable for misunderstandings, incorrect information, or misinterpretations of AI-generated content.

  • AI-generated responses should not be used as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Users assume full responsibility for any consequences of using AI-generated content.

Data Usage & Privacy

TerraGotta respects user privacy. However, by interacting with our products, you acknowledge that:

  • Certain usage data may be collected to improve AI performance and functionality.

  • No personal data is stored, sold, or shared beyond what is required for basic operation.

  • Our Privacy Policy provides further details.

Termination & Enforcement

TerraGotta reserves the right to:

  • Restrict, suspend, or permanently disable access to any product for violations of these Terms.

  • Modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.

  • Enforce bans against users who repeatedly violate these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our products, AI models, or platform requirements. The "Last Updated" date will reflect any revisions.

Your continued use of TerraGotta products constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

SECTION 2: PRODUCT-SPECIFIC TERMS

AURORA (DISCORD BOT)

By using Aurora, you agree to additional terms specific to this bot.

Discord Compliance: Aurora follows all Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Server Owner Responsibilities: If you invite Aurora, you are responsible for monitoring its use in your server.

No Exploitation: Spam, bot manipulation, or abusive behavior will result in bot access removal.

Aurora’s AI responses are autonomous and should not be interpreted as professional advice.

TerraGotta is not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated interactions.

FUTURE PRODUCTS (AI TOOLS, SOFTWARE, WEB SERVICES)

Additional products under TerraGotta may include:

  • AI-powered chat tools

  • Web-based AI models

  • Ethical AI educational tools

For these, specific terms will be provided upon release. General TerraGotta Terms (Section 1) still apply.
